Job Title: Marketing/ Sales Support Specialist
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sr. Sales Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt
Summary: Primarily responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing marketing campaigns with the goal to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth to generate new leads and inform current customers to increase sales. Works with Sales Manager and Marketing, external marketing firms, and GM to build and plan digital marketing campaigns for interiors repair, manufacturing, and engineering services. This position is an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. Be self-motivated and prioritize workload with little supervision and have a pro-active approach to generating new business.

Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college education preferred. Minimum two to three years of relevant experience with proven work as a marketing specialist.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple and technical correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office software; Salesforce CRM software; social media platforms; research tools;
